Hi, I am 34 years old married woman (weight 80 kg and height 5.3 inches having no kids) suffering from hypothyroidism since last 2 years. My T3 and T4 is within range from very beginning but TSH keeps on fluctuating. For 3 months it's within range and then it increases, so the doctor has to increase the dose. Then for next 3-4 months it's stable but after 3-4 months it does increase. I started with 50 mcg and now taking 100 mcg. Unable to understand why it's happening to me. Please advice.

There are multiple reason starting from mental to physical and hormonal disturbances. Your marriage relationship plays important role in it. Normally those people who cannot express and share their emotions may suffer with such kind of illness. Apart from medicine you have to start yoga and meditation and you have to start thinking positively for what has happened and what is happening with you. Surely it will help you a lot.
