I once had continuous coughing, breathlessness and become extremely anxious. My ECG 1st report showed Slightly ST depression. After which I become more anxious and rushed to ER then the report showed more abnormalities ?ST and T waves abnormalities, consider inferior ischemia- Abnormal ECG? Immediately Troponin T was done which turned out to be negative. Then ECG turned Normal in an hour. ECHO TMT and CT angio was also done which turned to be completely normal. I have visited 3 cardiologist who asked to me to just relax but this has got me into stress I do ECG almost 3-4 days a week (getting it normal always and troponin T also 2 times which turned to be normal) feel breathless and become anxious that my ecg might turn out to be abnormal again. I can?t sleep. I always stressed with a though why ECG was abnormal and what if I get the same again. Dono How to overcome this. And Can I stop fearing anymore since Ct is also normal?
