I am over weight and started going to gym 2 months back, I take muscleblaze fat burner and GNC BCAA before going to gym in the morning because I want to lose my body weight and whey isolate protien post workout. I wanted to ask is BCAA is better to take before workout as it takes 30 minutes to get digested or along thw workouts as suggested by most of the gym trainers? I am a little confused of if I am taking these supplements properly for the weight loss purpose?
