I am suffering from hypertension, diabetes and both kidney shrinkage (LK 8.5�4.0 cms and RK 8.0�3.6 cms) and creatinine level has reached to 4.2 I am under medication from PGI and under all precautions if diet like no intake of salt, protein, potassium, no leafy vegetables less milk and water quantity is 1 liter as prescribed by doctors but my creatinine level has increased from 3.2 to 4.20 and sugar level is not controllable as fasting sugar 193 and PP is 255 and my BP is controlled in the range of 140 - 150 I am still worried about my sugar level and increase of creatinine level as since 1 month in m under insulin too with 10 units in morning and 6 units at dinner time please give a suggestion so that my creatinine level and sugar level to come in its range.
