I have only one kidney another is damaged due to hydronephrosis. I did number of blood tests in 1 month. Why ranges of different labs are different? Why reports vary? On which report should I relay? My different blood report along with date, method & range are given below. Lab path lab (24/11/2018) Spectrophotometry, indirect ISE Creatinine: 1.19 (Range: 0.67 to 1.17) Uric acid: 8.00 (Range: 3.50 to 7.20) Urea: 31 Aiims on 26/11/2018 Urea: 39 Creatinine: 1.2 (Range 0.5- 1.8) Uric acid: 8.3 (Range 2 to 7.4) Medanta (18/12/2018) Urea: 36 (Range 19-43) Method Used: areas with indicator dye Serum Creatinine: 1 (Range 0.8- 1.5) Method Used: Enzymatic (creatinine amidohydrolase) Uric acid: 7.7 (Range 3.5 - 8.5) Method Used: Uricase/ peroxidase (colorimetric) HOD (20/12/2018) BLOOD UREA: 34 mg/dL (Range 13 - 40) SERUM CREATININE: 1.0 mg/dL (Range 0.8 - 1.50) BLOOD UREA NITROGEN: 15. 89 mg/dL (Range 7.0 - 17.0) URIC ACID: 8.2 mg/dL (Range 3.5 - 8.5) Remain all things are normal in KFT & Urine test.
