I am a 25 years old male, I am experiencing a throbbing sensation in the back of my head constantly with varying intensities throughout the day since the last three days, sometimes it is associated with head reeling. What should I do? Shall I take Saridon/ crocin for some relief? Please suggest me some investigations and treatment.
