Hello doctor, how to reduce my weight nd what should my diet plan. Now I have 80 kg weight nd 5'4" height nd I have 26 years old nd m a female. I really so much worried about it coz m still unmarried. Please give me best way for reduce weight. When I follow diet chart dn I feel weakness in my body.
