I have fell down yesterday so I am unable to sit properly there is little pain now my lower back so I am using volini gel cream and ice pack so the pain is little less than yesterday. So I want to know in a day how many I times I can use ice pack and volini cream. Because before any suggestion I was applying cream every one hr after. So please suggest me.
