Mam, I am married women 27 years and I have a baby girl of 7 month I have ectopic pregnancy in my ultrasound because I have too much pain in my abdomen so please tell me how treat it.

1. If it confirmed ectopic then foetus has to be removed 2. If you have not much problem or pain you can watch for some time but monitor blood hcg level regularly, it should come down if pregnancy is dissolving at its own 3. If pregnancy is growing you may need medicine to stop growth of foetus or 4. Surgery to remove foetus for further advise and medicine contact on private chat.
