It can be early signs of arthritis. Get blood test done to rule out ra etc. Because yours is not age related degenerative process.

Hi dear. So many diseases like inflammatory arthritis, increased uric acid and some time viral infection also lead to joints pain. To rule out the cause of your pain, you need to get tests like uric acid, esr and ra factors checked done.
