I want to reduce my weight and fat around my waist I am looking like 30+ but I'm 23 please suggest me what to do and don't?

Based on your age height and weight your ideal body weight should be 60 to 65 kg. Kindly avoid fried foods, eat more of vegetable salad, eat more of sprouts, green gram. Take regular walk or go for jogging or excercise or yoga that will keep you motivated. Kindly try to reduce atleast 1 kg in a month.
