Does mifegest have any side effects? After taking this medicine pregnancy completely abort or not? How can we now it is completely abort or not?

Mifegest does not always lead to complete abortion, at times it causes incomplete abortion. After ,2 weeks of taking mifegest do your urine pregnancy test, if negative then nothing to be done, if positive get your ultrasound done to see if it's an incomplete abortion.
