Hi Sir, in October I was very sick. my hemoglobin level had decreased Dr. suggested some tablets and some injection. Then now Sir I don't know why but since last 1 month I am troubling so much small red pimples (red funsi) on my face mostly cheek and Lower lip area. since yesterday I noticed that some small dane on my forehead. Please help me sir.
