I am 27, not married. Am addicted to masturbation. I have been doing this for 5 years. Mostly daily am doing. I have been experiencing many problems now. Loss of memory. Lost confidence on myself. Negative thinking. Small penis size. I want to overcome 1. Addiction of masturbation 2.Penis size 3.premature ejaculation 4.Sleeping disorder I want to overcome this 4 problems. Masturbation is one of the method of sexual relaxation. Your problem is that your masturbate and feel that it is wrong. The guilt thus caused is creating all such problems. Please remove the negative thinking. Also it is a fact that excess of every thing is bad. So do everything in modetation.
