I've been following Keto diet for 2 months now and I have lost 14 kgs but I now it's been 2 weeks and I haven't lost a single kilogram. Any idea why? I am doing the diet well. I also hit the gym regularly.
Firstly, follow a keto diet is not correct. It causes harm to the body in various ways. About the weight, your body might have reached a plateau which is a barrier and can be difficult to cross.
NOTE: Stop following a keto or any crash diet. Follow a balanced and healthy diet.
