I am male, 35 years old, suffering with mild fever since last two days which is also associated with cold and cough with flum. I feel this fever is due to restlessness, lack of sleep and I am also on fasting in some days of last week otherwise in general I am a healthy person with no issues. I have taken paracetamol 650 & okacet tab twice a day but didn't found useful. I am having cheston cold total tablets and megaclox tablets at home. Should I use any of these? Please advise.

You maybe suffering from viral or allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day. Please consult in private for prescription.
