I am 23 years old student. I feel more sleepy in the daytime. But struggle to sleep at night. Sometimes it also happens that if I do not sleep the entire night and somehow forcefully do not sleep in the day and then I try to sleep after dinner then also sleep is far away from me. Also, someday if I sleep after dinner then automatically I wake p after 2 to 3 hours and after that, it becomes difficult for me to fall asleep again. After 3 or 4 o'clock only I can sleep. During the daytime, I always feel like dozing. If I wake up at 9 o'clock and take breakfast at 9: 45 and sit for study at 10: 15 then only after 20 to 30 minutes I feel extreme laziness in the entire body and fall asleep. This time condition is beyond control. Some symptoms which I have, are the following: 1. At night, relatively I drink more and urinate more. 2. The reverse is in the day, even a single glass of water is sufficient for the entire day and only once urination if I am involved in something like attending class. 3. In the day, after eating feel my stomach too much heavy and feel like digestion process has slowed down.
