Hello, Thanks for the query I have gone through the details given, but those are not very clear. There is no mention of the drugs name only "taking 850 mg twice a day" Secondly Glycomet 5g, there is no drug given with that kind of dose. Tablet Flutrox is given to treat fungal infection of the skin. Unable to lift the hand (arm), is most often due to frozen shoulder, a condition that occurs in uncontrolled diabetes. So please come back with clear information: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, drugs being taken with composition and correct dosage, weight, height, present dietary pattern extent of daily exercise, BP readings and lipid profile. Preferably in a private conversation (paid consultation), so that I can give specific suggestions and even prescribe f there is a need. Or else, please consult your diabetes specialist locally and upgrade the treatment. Plus there may be need for physiotherapy for that arm. Thanks.
