Doctor I am a 25 year old male. I have already been diagnosed by generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsion disorder and social anxiety disorder and was prescribed Melzap and Censpram, 3 year ago, by a local psychiatrist, the symptoms did not go completely but I was experiencing relief so with doctors help I tapered the medicines and quit the 9 month treatment, now the symptoms have returned and this time it is killing me as I recently was kicked out of JOB because of lack of ability to achieve targets and also recently had break up, I Need help or I will quit living by committing suicide.
