Exercises don?t make you gain weight. Surplus calories make you gain weight. No, you do not have a ?fast metabolism? because there is no such thing as a ?fast metabolism.? It?s a myth. Just like when people say muscles turn into fat and fat turns into muscles, or lifting will stunt your growth or even make you shorter. They?re bullshit myths. Everyone?s metabolism works the same. If you consume more calories than the amount your body burns, you will gain weight. If you consume less calories than the amount your body burns, you will lose weight. This applies to everyone. Everyone has different TDEE but it doesn?t mean everyone?s metabolism works significantly different from another. No, you do not eat ?a lot? nor do you have a big appetite because, if this were true, you would not be here asking how to gain fat. No, you are not ?genetically skinny? or ?naturally skinny? (whatever the fuck that?s supposed to mean) because if you drink a gallon of whole milk everyday, you will not be ?very thin? anymore. Every skinny guy who claimed they ate a lot, couldn?t gain weight, etc. Managed to gain a few lbs from GOMAD in their 1st week. I am very sure you will too. No skim milk.

EXERCISE: 1. Do simple warm up exercises & then Shavasana till breathing becomes normal. Now do Garudasana (this develops & strengthens the muscles of arms & legs) 2. After doing step 1 for a week start doing normal pushups along with it. Begin with 3 repetitions & increase by 1 each week. Do this till you reach 20. 3. Do Diamond push ups. Begin with 5, increase by 2 each week until you reach 40 4. Now progress to doing one armed push up. Look up the internet for necessary progression. 5. Alongside do pull ups. Pull ups done with a towel or rope are very very taxing to the forearms. They develop all muscles of the hand.
