I have smoking problem I stopped 2 month because of my surgery I met with an accident only my right hand ring finger entire skin came out with th ring they did three Operations and taken skin from stomach and did 3 operations to attach that skin to finger now the finger and stomach wound are healed. They did last operation on 10/10/18 can I smoke now please let me know this.
