I fell several years ago. When I fell, I hit directly on my left knee cap. Now, nearly 2 full years later, it hurts to the touch. It does not hurt to climb, squat, or normal activities. However, if I try to crawl on the knee, it hurts. If I touch the knee or my pants are tight on the knee when I squat, it is still very sore. Not sure what the problem could be.
