I am having a small hard portion on the bottom of my left foot which is giving pain while walking. Please advise me remedial measure that can be taken to get rid of this.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. ? Use a rolling pin or tennis ball. While seated, roll the rolling pin or ball with the arch of your foot. If you are able to, progress to doing this exercise while you are standing up. ? Toe stretch.
