Though there's no direct link found yet by the modern medical science between masturbation and headaches, but there is sure this remarkable fact that so many people complain about headaches, pain in knees, lower back, testicles, etc. after masturbation. So probably there's a link between these and masturbation but not yet fully discovered. Masturbation though certainly negatively affects the immune system and weakens it, which may also cause problems anywhere in the body. Also, many believe that semen fluid is pulled from the entire body or blood, and then mixed real-time with sperms that exist in testicles, and ejaculated together from seminal vesicles. (Probably you are aware that semen, sperms and pre-cum are the three different fluids that get ejaculated every time. Semen encapsulates sperms within it, for sperms to safely reach ovum). So it is quite possible that due to depletion of semen fluid that carry many important ingredients like proteins, calcium, etc. it may cause different set of problems to different people, which may sometimes be immediately visible to some people and not to some others in the form of headache, knee pain, etc. So best is to try out by not masturbating for at least two months and see how you feel from within or if you get any headache, and then compare that with earlier when you were masturbating. Something will be ascertained through that, and if your headache goes away (like you get after masturbation), then better to not masturbate. Masturbation can create any type of health problems, but not masturbating never creates any problems. That way you will also save your sex energies as a post-marriage activity and to be on safer and healthier side.
