Hi, My hands both start paining from shoulder up to the fingers if it is kept unmoving for sometimes while laying on bed. So when pain starts more I just get up and move my hands and open and closes my fist then pain disappears. Cramp like this happens on the figures if it is used for some times and same goes when fingers are moved. It's just like muscle pain, the strange thing is that there is severe pain in both hands when kept unmoved and due to pain when I move my hands or fingers then pain goes away. The same thing continuous. This is happening for last 3 days. I also cannot use my fingers for typing on mobile or laptop because if I use for some time then cramps like things happens in the fingers and pain starts, that time then I have to move my fingers to get relief from these pain. Please advise.
