Hi, I used to eat lot of fast foods. 4 5 times a week and that caused me to have ulcers in my mouth and pimples (those which become white with something filled) on my face. So I reduced the consumption. Now I only eat twice or thrice in a month but still whenever I eat the next day or day after next I get those same problems. Does this mean I have to stop completely off outside food?

Hell, stop all tytpe of fast food and out side food because, they are too- much fat and highly refined food. That's way they increase weight and fat in body. So start exercise and balance diet.
