I am on following medicine combination for Major depression-Lametac-100-BD,Buprol-150Mg XL1-1-0 , Venlafaxine-75Mg BD and Arpizile-10Mg HS Psychiatric combination , can there be long acting combination or a single medicine for all these medicine

If you are now better as per your depression diagnosis if it was MDD THEN ONLY aripiprazole AND LAMOTRIGINE CAN BE TAPPERED GRADUALY. If it is bipolar depression then stratigy can be different.there is no long acting combination for more then a day preparation.OD ONCE ADAY IS AVAILABLE. GRADUAL TAPERING DOWN ONLY TO ADEQUATE DOSE OF venlafaxine od 150 mg or 225 mg may be possible. I dont advise to do it own your own because self medication can be dangerous. Better go to your psychiatrist with your query,and ask him to try to settle yourself on single drug adquete dose. If you can talk to him sensibly he may be able to do this.Best luck.
