Hi I'm 21 and I have had a bloated stomach from more than 6 months, I am in college so after every semester I go back home I'm constipated and when I come back it's the same (shimla to chennai). It's been really a long time now with that bloated stomach. I have gastric issue like a lot and whenever I eat maida it just feels like it doesn't digest. Is there a way to reduce this bloating?
