I am 56 years old male, pre-diabetic taking medicines. Please confirm whether Corn flour mixed with Ragi flour for dosa, roti etc is good or has side effects. If so how often this can be added to our daily food process. I also have vitiligo and take Kottakkal ayurvedic medicines and see some good results.
