With an anxiety attack, the pain is usually a stabbing or needle-like sensation right in the middle of your chest. A heart attack often feels more like pressure or tightness in the chest. Avoid fatty, processed and fried foods as these can be large contributors to gas build-up within the body, ultimately leading to pressure and pain within the chest.
