I'm losing my temper at the drop of a hat. Each time when someone raises any query regarding my actions, I invariably end up treating that as a blame or questioning of my action. I feel very frustrated and get into anxiety mode. Start thinking negative about any whispering happening around me and connect myself with that whispering of others. As a result, I have started losing my composure, my peace of mind. In office when my boss calls me for any discussion, I inadvertently end up treating that as a possible fault finding activity in my boss's part against me and end being hell sacred though I try to put a brave front. Don't know how to tackle this negative, frustrating anxious behaviour of mine. How can I overcome my anxious nature which is taking away my composure and making me short tempered person.
