I am having meniscus tear in my knee after getting injured playing rugby. After a few months the pain has subsided and motion has returned, so I started to play again. But during specific movements, my knee tends to give away. Some doctors are suggesting to go to surgery while some are suggesting physiotherapy. Which should I choose keeping in mind that I am only in my 20s and need to come back to sports as soon as possible.
