My mother is feeling a lower back pain near the hip. Started when she got up suddenly to reach for a landlines phone. It slowly got worse. If you touch the area it is not paining at those spots. But it is a continuous pain from the inside. No pain in the buttocks or legs or groin area. For three days taking tablets like flexon and voveran and applying. It has given some relief but still painful. Earlier even when lying down it was paining a lot. Currently When she is lying down its NOT paining. But when attempts to sit or stand it's paining a lot. Please help in this. We have not taken scan yet mainly because she is not able to walk. How long will this last? What might be the treatment? What might be the issue? Grateful in advance for your help.
