I have had minor back pain the past few days in my lower left back but today the pain has increased immensely. I can barely walk with the pain and it hurts to bend over. I was just wondering what this could be as it is internal and cam out of nowhere.

Most of the back pain when severe is due to local acute Disc problem with paravertebral muscle spasm which allows not to bend back and forth. Take rest for two days, apply Flexabenz gel thrice daily followed by 15 minutes hot compression. Preferably meet your nearest Qualified Physiotherapist for clinical evaluation and treatment. Contact me for further details. Good luck!
