One day in March I suddenly felt little pain after one normal not heavy weight lifting exercise in gym, then after consultation my doctor suggested is disc related issue but it got perfectly fine within a week. After 3 months around 20 July I again felt pain on right side of my lower back and buttocks, this triggered due to birthday bumps. After that after watching my MRI my doctor suggested your MRI doesn't show much of a problem but since you have symptoms you should take rest for 2 weeks and you will be fine. But it got even worse, then I had an epidural shot, I felt a bit relief but after 20 days it got even more worse and I was suggested a microdiscectomy in my l4-5 by 2 doctors looking at my clinical condition, in between I went to physical therapy which didn't help at all. After around 6 weeks I went to Delhi, had nerve root block injection and ozone discectomy injection and waited for 20 days, it got 40% better. Then I had one more nerve root block which took me to 50% overall but today here I stand having started feeling effects coming to my second leg as well. Now around 3 months down the line, what step should I take. Please suggest.
