My daughter is 24 years old working as CA in bangalore. She is having frequent cold attacks, tiredness, fatigue. On checking for her hb in nearby lab - Hb is 9.5. She is pure vegetarian and what OTC tablet can given to improve her Hb level to 12/13. Thanks.
