I have a lump in my neck. I have this from many months it's not going away. I took a thyroid test and got to know that it's not even thyroid. It's doesn't pain. I have a history of plural effusion which turned out to be TB cells found in my lungs and nowhere else not even in my sputum or saliva. What could this be?
