I have a lump in my neck. I have this from many months it's not going away. I took a thyroid test and got to know that it's not even thyroid. It's doesn't pain. I have a history of plural effusion which turned out to be TB cells found in my lungs and nowhere else not even in my sputum or saliva. What could this be?

You could have a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst and need to examine it and remove . It could be even related to TB
