I had some chronic stress episode. After that when I try to take some stress I feel that I would be stress and it would affect my health. So whenever a small stress arises I get too much stress because of 1.Actual stress 2.I would develop stress (health anxiety) and it would affect my health How to come out of this cycle naturally?
