My mother is 50 yrs old. One or two days in a week, just after cooking she is feeling very tired and her head feels exactly same as we feel during a mild earthquake. She also had spondylitis problem and does some exercise everyday for that problem, as suggested by doctor. We have consulted many doctors. Blood tests, x-ray and ECG were done which looks to be ok. She is also taking some medicines for acidity problem and vitamin tablets as she becomes very sick now-a-days. After consulting so many doctors of different expertise, we are really confused. I will be grateful if you kindly suggest what might be the problem with my mother.

Dear dizziness is caused due to spondylitis . she have to practice yoga for at least 45 minutes daily. also follow the tips they will help her.. 1. Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have � teaspoon of this mixture with � teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 8.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 9. Revert back after 10 days.
