I am a 19 year old student. I started smoking from past 1 n a half year! Gradually the smoking increased from 3 cigarettes a day to 5 cigarettes a day! I used to smoke weed for the past 6 months! Now that I have joined gym, I noticed the presence of pain in the bone of my chest right below the neck! Can I know the reason and remedy for this pain!
