I am 26 year now. 3 years ago doctor in tamilnadu diagnosed me results depression. Before itself I am also crossed some hard times in my life. But since last 2 year my life is black and white. No laugh, No clarity and no happy. I am working as senior engineer in power sector, delhi. Decade ago I am auto driver but at that time I won't feel this much idiot. But now. I am a alcoholic and smoker. Right now I am ready to stop those idiot habits. Sleeping deviation, head weight, Imagination, feeling guilty, lack of concentration and focus, a petite, tiredness are my friends. I need my life colorful first after that I can achieve my goal. Dear lybrate-user, I wish you were on treatment for depression continuously since 3 years. Probably you did not take it and fell prey to alcohol and cigarettes. Now apart from depression, you are also alcohol dependent and nicotine dependent. All 3 diagnosis need treatment together and simultaneously. You need to come out of all these "friends" with treatment to achieve your goal. Please consult a psychiatrist as early as possible and start the treatment.
