Hi, I am suffering from anal Fissures from 2 years and every time my Fissures triggers after episode of hard stools. A lump or hard skin tag developed in my anus region which is accompanied with severe pain but after taking medicine both hard skin tag and lump and pain goes aways within 5 days.

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure with sentinel tag. Anal Fissure can be treated conveniently without Surgery by Graded Kshar Karma Therapy.
