I am having pain in my lower back since last 10 days. Persistent pain is there. especially while lying back, sitting, bowing down and changing posture. I cannot run and have to walk slowly. Pain eases with exercise, massage and heat belt. But comes back again, I did not had any injury recently. Confused what to do? Consult physio or ortho?
