Hi, I am 29 years old female, mother to 3 years 4 month old boy. I was about 60 kg before pregnancy and at the day of discharge after delivery I was 70 kgs, and today am 80 kgs. The thing is I have put on so much weight that am always worried will I be able to able to lose it or no? please help.

Start dieting immediately. Yes you can do while breast feeding because dieting does not mean remaining hungry it means remaining full with nutritious items and supplements. Addition of exercises will help. If you decide to implement weight management scientific and practical programme contact me.
