I have had pelvis CT scan twice in 2013 for UTI and then in 2015 pelvis CT scans for kidney stone/repeated UTI and Multi-phase (3-phase) Abdomen/Pelvis Scan for some stomach pain that lasted 1 month. I am worried about the total radiation and its effects in 4 CT Scans in last 5 years. Is this too much and should I completely avoid CT Scans in future?

Two other imaging technologies, MRI scans and ultrasound, do not use radiation. CTs are used for a plethora of reasons, among them finding kidney stones, evaluating chest pain and detecting tumors or other abnormalities.
