Hello, the diagnosis can be a condition known as Delirium or Delirium superimposed on a chronic progressive condition known as dementia.Can you give further details like since when these symptoms have developed? were they gradual or developed rapidly? did she have other illness like diabetes, blood pressure or cataract? In any case; she needs urgent medical attention & hence take her to a Neurologist immediately. good luck
