I get migraine severely like my half part of the head all the parts including head connected nerves. This happens at times where I do continuous work in front of pc or taking more tense or if I feel depressed. Don't know how to manage them. Any suggestion.

Take a 5-10 minutes break from work after every hour. Give your eyes rest in that time. You may apply a cold pack on them. Drink lots of liquid but avoid tea and coffee. Do some relaxation exercises daily for half an hour like listen to soothing music, take massage, meditation. Do physical exercises like brisk walk or cycling for 40 minutes daily. Have a healthy diet and have a good sleep. Along with all this See a physician for a proper course of medication. It might be of six months.
