My lower gum (only one) looks red. From three days I feel my gums are swollen but now they are normal? Why this happen? Should I visit dentist?

Dear, I would suggest you to get a full mouth x ray (OPG) as that shall be helpful in tracing the problem whether it is releated to your gums or teeth.

You may use chlohex plus mouthwash rinse two times daily for 15 days. I hope the reason might not be tartar / deposit. Or if the reason is. Due to trauma. Kindly visit dentist. For the same .and get an x-ray done for that particular tooth to see the underlying caused.
