Congratulations for your pregnancy. Baby starts movement after 3 months only but we can not feel it due to his/her tiny legs kicking u. After 20 weeks we can feel it. It also depends upon the fat you have over your tummy. If your level 2 ultrasound is normal no need to worry. U will feel it.
