I suffer hair fall last 4 year's and I use number of natural oil and shampoo but my hair fall not control and my hair thin day by day and my hair is dry and damage and I use shampoo 2 times a week and massage oil on scalp before shampoo I take good diet but my falling not control please give the good advice about my hair and one more I have 23 year old.
